Helping adult social care providers understand their governance, quality and AI readiness arrangements, and decide what to improve next.
Meet Natasha
Steady Standards is led by Natasha Ackerley, a sole trader with experience in bookkeeping, finance management, operations, administration and quality management.
Her experience includes work with ISO 9001 quality management systems, the TSA Quality Standards Framework and Cyber Essentials, alongside practical work in home support administration and service delivery.
That experience informs a straightforward approach: explain findings clearly, make actions manageable and check whether changes make a useful difference.
Support delivered digitally
Our Adult Social Care Health Check starts with an online assessment. We clarify uncertain answers, prepare your personalised report and meet remotely to agree priorities.
You receive separate care/governance and AI readiness results, plain-language recommendations and a 90-day action tracker. A follow-up meeting after one month helps you review progress.
Our approach
- Clarity: understandable wording and clear explanations of what the results mean.
- Practicality: actions that take account of your service and available resources.
- Evidence: a distinction between what your answers indicate and what has been checked.
- Progress: agreed owners, dates and ways to check whether improvements work.
AI assistance, human review
AI tools assist with analysis and report preparation. Natasha checks every report before delivery. Your service remains responsible for its decisions and for implementing improvements.
Our privacy notice explains how assessment information is handled.
What the health check provides
The health check is an independent improvement review based on your answers and any evidence specifically agreed for review. It is not a CQC inspection, an official rating or a certification of compliance, and does not guarantee a regulatory outcome.
